HOW DOES PLACING AN ORDER WORK?
After you fill out the order form,an invoice will be emailed to you to complete. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed! All communication about your order will be sent via email.
WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 75% refund is provided for any order cancelled after confirmation. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling to a new delivery date will incur an additional $50 fee.

ROONI is a small business — our schedule is always changing, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
HOW LONG DO THE FLOWERS LAST?
Flowers offer lessons in embracing + enjoying the beauty of impermanence. At ROONI, flowers are received, processed + designed with the utmost care. Once the delivery is made, flower care is out of our hands. Depending on the season, temperatures + water conditions, flowers can last anywhere from 3-7 days.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR THE FLOWERS?
Here are a few tips!
Keep flowers out of direct sunlight + away from any hot or cold drafts
Refresh their water daily
Remove any flowers that have died to avoid rotting
WHEN IS THE LATEST AN ORDER CAN BE PLACED?
Orders can be received 5 days before the requested delivery date.
